The NYSRA ProStart Invitational is where our high school students showcase their culinary and restaurant management skills! Students compete in one of three competitions: Team Culinary, Team Management, or Individual Burger Battle. A win in their event can earn them cash, scholarships, or their way to the national competition. We encourage our members to attend and cheer on these students as they work hard to become the next generation of the industry – It’s also a great opportunity for you to recruit for summer staff!
