The Sampler - NYS Restaurant Association Magazine
Our newest addition to our educational arsenal. The first issue will be distributed exclusively to our members in mid-February and will focus on the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of NY. It will also include introductions to our NYS Board Officers and a list of Chapter Presidents. This quarterly magazine will have future issues devoted to cost-saving services, government affairs, chapter events, going ‘green’ programs, industry tips and much more.

The Green Hospitality Initiative
The New York State Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NYSRAEF) has been awarded an EPA grant to help to green restaurants in New York City. The focus of the grant is to promote energy and water conservation, reduce the use of hazardous waste material all while helping restaurants become more profitable as they green their restaurants. Through trainings, publications, online articles and on-sight energy audits you can learn best practices for your restaurant as well as have a healthier bottom line.
