The Qualters Culinary Arts Practical Assessment is an on-demand, electronic-based performance assessment for high school culinary arts and restaurant management students. Designed to meet the New York State requirements for an industry standards-based performance assessment for career and technical education programs, students must complete 10 distinct cooking tasks while being evaluated on time management, professionalism, and mise en place.
