Industry Insider Program

The “Industry Insider” Program is a communications and marketing initiative that allows the NYS Restaurant Association members to contribute articles for publication on and distribution to our restaurant community through email, social media, and more.

This is an exclusive member only program to gain exposure to your key audience - showcasing your expertise to the larger community and positioning your organization as a leading authority in the industry.

All Association members, restaurants and allied, are eligible to contribute articles on approved topics and there is no cost associated with participation.

Articles should be informative, educational, or inspiring as well as specifically related to the restaurant industry and author's area of expertise. All articles must be original content and there is no word limit to articles that can be submitted. To further promote members as an expert, we will include a short bio (2-3 lines) about the author’s background and experience, along with a link to the company website and logo. Here are some sample topics that have been submitted by Industry Insiders for the program:

- Top 10 Restaurant Best Practices for Marketing Off-site Catering Services
- 3 Tips for Restaurants on Ice Management
- Pros and Cons Analysis of Implementing a Tip Pooling Program

If interested in participating, please email Danielle Koonce, Marketing Director for the NYS Restaurant Association, with 3-5 article topics and target dates for submission.
