Becoming a New York ProStart Teacher
Members of the New York State Restaurant Association know one thing for sure: education is the key to the future of our industry.
The New York ProStart teachers make a difference by providing their students with the industry-driven education they need to enter careers in the restaurant and foodservice industry. Our ProStart teachers have access to tools and opportunities that go above and beyond the "Foundations of Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts" curriculum, including lab rubrics, professional development opportunities, work experience guidelines and more.
