Safety group also offers new PayGo program so enrollees can pay their
premium through payroll
The NYS Restaurant Association has some great news to pass along to our members who are enrolled in our worker’s compensation safety group program! The Association has worked with the State Insurance Fund of New York to work out a great discount for members who are currently enrolled in the safety group. This wonderful new agreement will allow current policyholders to receive an upfront discount of 25 percent, bringing enrollees’ valuable savings and helping their bottom line.
The Association has also partnered with the State Insurance Fund and Paychex to make paying your premium easier than ever before. Through the new PayGo program members of the safety group that use PayChex for their payroll processing and meet a certain criteria will be able to pay their weekly premiums using that same payroll service. At the moment the State Insurance Fund is only working with Paychex but they expect to have other payroll processers involved in the program by the end of the year. To see if you qualify for the PayGo program please contact the services team at 800.442.5959 and they will be more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
The NYS Restaurant Association worker’s compensation safety group was created to help restaurants find savings when enrolling with us. Between the 25 percent upfront discount and the safety groups continued ability to offer members of the group a dividend, the cost saving potential of the group has never been more apparent. Also, by partnering with the State Insurance Fund and PayChex, paying your premiums has never been easier!
The mission of the NYS Restaurant Association is to help restaurants succeed and by working with the NY State Insurance Fund on this new discount, we are helping our members do just that. We understand that when owning and operating a restaurant, every single dollar makes a difference. The Association will continue to work hard to ensure our service programs remain competitive and that we are offering real life solutions that help save restaurants money.
