Association Attends Hearing on Proposed Changes to Article 81

Today, the New York State Restaurant Association will be attending the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOH&MH) hearing on proposed changes to Article 81 of the New York City Health Code. The Department is hoping to clarify specific requirements that are already being enforced during routine inspections.
The hearing will take place on Thursday, January 29 at 2:00 p.m. at the New York City DOH&MH office located at 42-09 28th Street, Room 3-32, Queens, NY, 11101. More details >>
