Join leaders in the hospitality industry on Tuesday, December 2 for a day filled with green knowledge at the Sustainability in the Hospitality Industry Summit.
Hosted by the Global Center for Hospitality Management at the New York Institute of Technology, the New York State Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, and the Green Hospitality Initiative, this event will take a close look at how organizations in the hospitality industry have addressed and innovated programs to focus on sustainability. The four core areas of sustainability focus scheduled to be discussed include food, operations, work culture, and community.

The day's event will guest speaker presentations, short films, and "green flash" presentations on current trends in sustainability.
