ProStart® is a nationwide, two-year program for high school students that develops the best and brightest talent into tomorrow's industry leaders. From culinary techniques to management skills, ProStart® industry- driven curriculum provides real world educational opportunities and builds practical skills and a foundation that will last a life time.


By bringing industry and the classroom together, ProStart® gives students a platform to discover new interests and talents and opens doors for fulfilling careers. It all happens through a curriculum that teaches all facets of the restaurant and foodservice industry, inspires students to succeed and sets a high standard of excellence for students and the industry.


Last year the Rochester Chapter of the NYSRA granted $6,000 in Scholarships and $5,000 to ProStart® raised from this Golf Tournament to students to further their studies in our industry. The Recipients of the 2015 scholarships were as follows: ; Amy Peralta, Johnson & Wales, Maria King, Monroe Community College Daniel Ardelean, SUNY Alfred

6:30 PM: Dinner, Auctions & Awards Ceremony

Prizes on the Course! $1,000 Cash Prize Hole–in-One Competition Pay and play your way to a chance at winning a $1,000 CASH prize. Tickets for this prize are just $20.00 each. (This is an individual competition; a Foursome or Twosome is not required to participate)


How does it work? The competition is valid on hole # 10 (175 yards). Any golfer may purchase one ticket for $20. If you make a hole-in-one shot you will win $1,000 immediately on the day of the tournament. If a hole-in-one is not achieved and your ball lands on the green you will receive an additional ticket to be put towards the dinner raffle. If there is not a hole-in-one winner during tournament play the $1,000 cash prize will be raffled off separately during the dinner.


(The winning golfer must be present to claim his or her prize)


If the golf course is sold out when your reservation is received you will receive an email stating such and your form and payment will be mailed back to the address on the reservation form within 7 days of being received.
