Husband, Father, Writer, Photographer, Life Coach, and co-owner of Bogota Latin Bistro and Miti Miti Taperia, Farid Ali Lancheros is responsible for maintaining all marketing efforts for both restaurants. In 2013, Farid won the U.S. Small Business Administration's Small Business Person of the Year NY District as well as the New York Enterprise Report's Leadership Award for his stand on the importance of Core Values Training as a sound business practice. Farid frequently speaks on a range of industry topics from high-road restaurant practices to social media do's and don'ts and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the NYC Chapter of the New York State Restaurant Association.

Jennifer Baum is the President and Founder of Bullfrog & Baum, an award winning, nationally-recognized, agency specializing in hospitality, lifestyle and consumer marketing and public relations with offices in New York City and Los Angelos. Under her guidance, the agency has had a hand in turning chefs like Laurent Tourondel and Michael Psilakis into internationally recognized brands, while strategizing for well-known culinary luminaries like Bobby Flay and Wonlfgang Puck, and global brands like Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Beyond Chef's and restaurants, the agency does as much to keep brands and products top of mind as they bring "the next big thing" to the marketplace and into the homes of consumers.

With over 15 years experience, Julie combines her skills in Marketing, Public Relations, Promotions, and Social Media to successfully grow her businesses. She started her career in cause marketing at The Breast Cancer Research Foundation but her personal love of food and the culinary world led her to an online communications role for ZAGAT before joining Branded Restaurant Group. She is a restaurant marketer by day and a home cook and recipe developer by night, showcasing her recipes at pressworthyeats.comShe graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lehigh University. 


 Tracy Nieporent, Director of Marketing & Partner
Myriad Restaurant Group
As Director of Marketing and Partner, Tracy oversees public relations, Communications, promotion, advertising, and charitable events for Myriad Restaurant Group. Its current members now include Tribecca Grill, Nobu, Nobu London, Nobu Next Door, Nobu 57, Acela Club at Citi Field, The Daily Burger at Madison Square Garden, and Crush Wine & Spirits. 

Nieporent officially joined Myriad in 1991 when the group consisted of just two restaurants and was poised for growth. Since that time, through ownership and consulting, Myriad has opened over 30 restaurants.
